Room booking
To book a room you need to send us a written order which our hotel confirms, also in writing.
 

Advance payment
To book a room you need to pay an advance of 50% of the full price by bank transfer or provide a credit card guarantee. The advance payment may also be made by a holiday voucher, by mail or certified mail. We can guarantee that your room is booked only if one of the above transactions is completed by the date we specified.

Checking in and out
You need to check in after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and check out by 11 a.m. on the date of departure.
 
Extension
With prior agreement for an extra charge.
 
Terms of cancellation
Free of charge until 24 hours before the scheduled arrival. Within 24 hours, the penalty fee is one day’s room rate or, for service packages, one day’s rate of the package price minus VAT.
 
Pets
Small pets are accepted by appointment for an extra fee. Supplement: HUF 3000/night. No pets allowed in the spa, beach and restaurant areas. No pets may be bathed in the lake. Upon departure we charge a one-time clean-up fee of HUF 10,000. No pet sitting is available in our hotel.
 
Parking
A guarded outdoor parking area is available in front of our hotel at a rate of HUF 1500/vehicle/night.
 
Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 7 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on weekdays and between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. on weekends and holidays. Attire: stylish casual.
 
Dinner
Dinner is served between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Attire: stylish casual.
 
Other
A video surveillance system is installed on all hotel premises.
